Grand rising good people .First and foremost I wanna say this core champion is the truth .I ordered my equipment and forgot to put my unit #on the order.I was very impressed to say when I contacted them I actually gotten a live person on the line and it was good brother Earl Jenkins himself.I explained everything to him he was very personal and took his time out to listen understand& then took care of my problem.It was re solved in minutes.Also we had a conversation about excersing . I also like the fact that if you go on you tube you can follow the actual exercise class on line .You can also download the app on your phone and it will & show you different exercises.It takes a lot to impress me however this piece of equipment hit every thing @ one time .Lets not forget you can talk to a live person not an recording.I recommend this to anyone that can’t make to the gym an work a lot .
